Description – use: The Oil Pulling Therapy has a powerful detoxifying effect, it maintains and improves oral hygiene. The mouth hosts billion of bacteria, viruses, fungi and other pests, along with their toxins that cause gingivitis and tooth decay and also contribute to the appearance of many more health problems. The Oil Pulling Therapy eliminates the microorganisms that cause diseases and the mouth toxins that aggravate health. With a tablespoon move the oil inside the mouth, push and pull between teeth for a period of 15 minutes. When the oil obtains a white dense texture, it is a sign of integration.
